Error with plugin after updating TFS to Update 4

My company moved to TFS back in April.
In July we struggled to get the Global list synchronizer plugin to work properly for our Kanban projects.
After applying the fix from the below link:
The Global List synchronizer started working and everything was fine.

On 1/10/2014 was the last successful message I could find in the Logs
On 1/17/2014 we updated to Update 4
On 1/29/2014 we realized the synchronizer wasn't working anymore.

We are currently recieving this error after redroping the DLL into the Plugins folder.

The TFS server plugin GlobalListUpdaterPlugin provides the following logging information:
There was a unhandled exception: The 'value' attribute is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype '' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

This error is generated when there is a disconnect between TFS, the Global Syncronizer and the Global list. Typically a restart will fix this issue
